Then came the tweaks and another 12 hours of rendering.
I then selected every 5th frame (out of 600)... so its a 120 frame animation
then the batch reszing (1 hour)

It may seem jerky at first, but please wait for all frames to load. its a 7MB Gif. I actually do have a fullscreen version of this in .swf format (over 150 mb
