No-one has any idea how long ive been working to get this effect. And once i got it (last night @ 11:45 pm) I needed the correct colours >.< which any apophysis user knows is a pain in the butt. Worked on this all morning and just rendered now. Enjoy.
I was actually trying to get this effect when I ended up with this: [link] and if you look at the date of that, it shows you how long ive been working on this flame file.

edit: I know I havent got the 'full' 3d illusion but im still working on it. I might tweek the filter-radius on the next version of this to make it seem a bit more smooth.
